Each candle is wrapped in raw canvas and tied with red embroidery thread—a quiet nod to the wrapped works of Christo and Jeanne-Claude. The canvas conceals until it doesn't: the maker suggests keeping the piece bound until ready to light, letting it live as an object on a shelf or table before it becomes something else.

Care

On first burn, let the wax melt fully across the surface (2–3 hours) to prevent tunneling. Trim the wick to 5mm before each use. Slight shifts in wick placement may occur during burning—a natural result of the handmade process, not a flaw.
